Shaolin Qi Gong - meditation in motion / Mondays from 8 p.m. to 9:15 p.m.

With the old exercises of the Shaolin monks we slow down our day, increase vitality and creativity and bring our body and mind back into the flow. Through this Far Eastern technique we learn with a few exercises to put the body and the energy channels back into natural vibrations. The exercises are performed while standing, are simple and easy to do at home. No previous knowledge is required and all age groups are very welcome!


Gentle yoga & meditation / Thursdays from 7 p.m. to 8.30 p.m.


Here you can relax in a gentle way (without great contortions), stretch your body, strengthen it and find your way back into your own center. Through simple postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama) and deep relaxation (savasana) as well as meditation, inner calm, new strength and serenity unfold as if by itself. This course is suitable for beginners and experienced people who would like to practice Hatha Yoga slowly and with a lot of mindfulness. In all exercises, perfection is not important, because the way is the goal.


You are welcome to take part in a free trial lesson!


Make yourself comfortable on the mat at home, switch on your PC, laptop or mobile phone and off you go.

It works wonderfully and I am happy to offer help in advance for participants who are not yet familiar with live streams on the Internet!
